Ingredients :
16 ounces cream cheese room temperature (2 8-ounce packages).
1 packet ranch seasoning mix 1 ounce.
1 medium carrot peeled and finely diced.
⅓ cup finely diced red bell pepper.
½ cup finely chopped broccoli.
2 green onions finely chopped.
Instructions :
Start by placing cream cheese in a sizeable bowl.
With an electric mixer, beat the cheese at a medium pace for roughly three minutes.
Introduce the ranch seasoning mix and continue mixing for an additional minute.
Gently fold in the finely diced carrot, bell pepper, broccoli, and green onions with a rubber spatula.
Ensure all vegetables are well-integrated with the cheese concoction.
