Thick & Fluffy Pancakes

Ingredients

1 ½ cups all-purpose flour (190g)

2 ½ tsp baking powder (10g)

½ tsp salt (2.5g)

1 tbsp sugar (13g)

1 ¼ cups milk (300ml)

1 egg

3 tbsp melted butter (42g)

2 tsp vanilla extract (10ml)

Instructions

1. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.

2. Add the milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract. Stir just until combined—don’t overmix.

3. Heat a lightly greased non-stick pan over medium heat.

4. Pour about ¼ cup of batter for each pancake. Cook until small bubbles appear on the surface, then flip and cook for another minute or until golden brown.

5. Keep warm and serve with your favorite toppings such as butter, syrup, or fresh fruit.
