Ingredients

For the Casserole:

1 lb breaded chicken cubes (frozen or freshly breaded)
1 bag (32 oz) frozen tater tots
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
6 large eggs
1 cup milk
1 cup sour cream
1 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
1 cup loaded baked potato toppings (chives, green onions, and more cheese)
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Step 1: Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Step 2: Prepare the Baking Dish

In a large glass baking dish, arrange the breaded chicken cubes in an even layer at the bottom.

Step 3: Layer the Tater Tots

Evenly spread the frozen tater tots over the chicken cubes.

Step 4: Mix the Egg Custard

In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, sour cream, salt, and pepper until well combined.
Pour the egg mixture evenly over the tater tots.
