“Taco Bell Nacho Fries Recipe
Ingredients:
2 large russet potatoes
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional for heat)
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
Chopped parsley or cilantro (optional garnish)
Nacho cheese sauce (optional for dipping)
Instructions:
Peel and cut the potatoes into thin fries or wedges.
Soak the fries in cold water for at least 30 minutes to remove excess starch. Drain and pat completely dry.
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) or set air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
In a large bowl, toss the potatoes with vegetable oil.
In a small bowl, combine garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, cayenne, salt, and cumin.
Sprinkle the seasoning blend evenly over the fries and toss to coat.
Arrange fries on a baking sheet in a single layer or place in air fryer basket.
Bake for 30–35 minutes, flipping halfway, or air fry for 18–20 minutes until golden and crispy.
Serve hot, optionally with warm nacho cheese sauce for dipping.
