SUMMER MANGO PASSIONFRUIT SMOOTHI

 

INGREDIENTS

2 ripe mangoes, peeled and chopped

½ cup fresh passionfruit pulp (about 3–4 fruits)

¾ cup chilled coconut water or almond milk

½ cup Greek yogurt or plant-based yogurt

1–2 tablespoons honey or agave syrup (optional)

½ teaspoon lime juice (optional, for a tangy twist)

Ice cubes (optional, for extra chill)

To garnish

Passionfruit halves

Mango slices

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Add mango, passionfruit pulp, coconut water (or milk), yogurt, honey, and lime juice into a blender.

2. Blend until smooth and creamy. Add ice if you prefer a colder texture and blend again.

3. Pour into tall glasses and garnish with passionfruit halves and mango cubes.

4. Serve immediately and enjoy the tropical vibes!
