Strawberry Shortcake Puppy Cho
Ingredients:
5 cups rice Chex cereal
1 1/2 cups freeze-dried strawberries, crushed
1 cup white chocolate chips
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1/4 cup butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon salt
Directions:
In a large bowl, place rice Chex cereal and crushed freeze-dried strawberries.
In a small saucepan, melt butter and white chocolate chips over low heat until smooth. Stir in vanilla extract and salt.
Pour the melted mixture over the cereal and strawberries. Gently fold to coat.
Add powdered sugar to a large zip-top bag. Add coated cereal mixture, seal, and shake well until everything is covered.
Spread onto a parchment-lined tray and let cool for 10 minutes before serving.
