Ingredients:

Cocktail Version:

4 cups diced pineapple (fresh or canned, drained)

2 cups sliced strawberries

2 tablespoons frozen orange juice concentrate

1½ cups cream of coconut (e.g., Coco López, chilled)

1½ cups coconut rum (e.g., Malibu, chilled)

1 cup pineapple juice

2–3 cups crushed ice

Mocktail Version (Alcohol-Free):

Replace coconut rum with 1½ cups coconut water or coconut milk

Optional: Add a splash of vanilla extract for richness

Optional Garnishes:

Pineapple wedges

Strawberry slices

Cocktail umbrellas

Directions:

Blend the Base:
In a high-powered blender, combine:

4 cups diced pineapple

2 cups sliced strawberries

2 tbsp frozen orange juice concentrate

1½ cups cream of coconut

1½ cups coconut rum (or coconut water for mocktail)

1 cup pineapple juice

2–3 cups crushed ice
Blend until smooth and creamy.

Chill Before Serving:
Pour the mixture into a large pitcher or punch bowl. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.

Serve and Garnish:
Stir the punch before serving. Pour over fresh ice in individual glasses and garnish with pineapple wedges, strawberry slices, or a playful cocktail umbrella.
