Salt River Bar

Sweet, salty, crunchy, and layered with caramel and chocolate—these no-bake bars are a crowd-pleasing treat you’ll want to make again and again.

Ingredients

1 package club crackers (about 48 crackers)
1 cup butter
1 cup brown sugar
½ cup peanut butter
1 cup butterscotch chips
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Sea salt for sprinkling

Instructions

Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper.,
Place a layer of club crackers on the bottom of the dish, trimming as needed to fit.,
In a saucepan over medium heat, melt butter and brown sugar, stirring until it comes to a boil.,
Let the mixture boil for 2–3 minutes, then pour it evenly over the crackers.,
Place another layer of crackers on top of the caramel layer.,
In a microwave-safe bowl, melt peanut butter, butterscotch chips, and chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth.,
Pour the chocolate mixture over the top layer of crackers and spread evenly.,
Sprinkle lightly with sea salt.,
Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour until set.,
Cut into squares and store in the fridge or at room temperature in an airtight container.,
