Raspberry Green Tea Smoothi

1 cup brewed green tea, chilled
1 cup fresh or frozen raspberries
1 ripe banana, peeled and sliced
1 tablespoon lemon juice (about ½ a lemon)
1–2 tablespoons honey (adjust to taste)
Ice cubes (optional, for thicker texture)
Directions:
Brew and Chill the Tea:
Steep green tea in hot water for 3–5 minutes. Remove the tea bag and let it cool, then refrigerate until cold.
Prep the Ingredients:
While the tea chills, slice the banana, measure out the raspberries, and squeeze the lemon juice.
Blend the Smoothie:
In a blender, combine the chilled green tea, raspberries, banana, lemon juice, and honey.
Adjust Consistency:
For a thicker smoothie, add a handful of ice cubes and blend again until smooth and creamy.
Sweeten to Taste:
Taste your smoothie—if needed, add more honey and blend briefly to combine.
