Potsticker Soup: Asian-Inspired Broth with Mushrooms & Bok Choy soup lovers
Ingredients:
– 1 tbsp sesame oil
– 3 garlic cloves, minced
– 1-inch ginger, grated
– 6 cups chicken or vegetable broth
– 1 lb potstickers
– 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
– 2 baby bok choy, chopped
– 3 tbsp soy sauce
– 1 tbsp rice vinegar
– Salt and pepper to taste
– Green onions for garnish
Instructions:
1. In a large pot, heat sesame oil over medium heat. Add garlic and ginger, sauté until fragrant.
2. Pour in broth and bring to a simmer. Add potstickers, mushrooms, and bok choy.
3. Stir in soy sauce, rice vinegar, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 10-15 minutes until potstickers are cooked.
4. Serve hot, garnished with sliced green onions.
