Pepperoni Pizza Rolls Recipe
Ingredients:
1 package of pizza dough (or make your own)
1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup of pepperoni slices
1 tablespoon of olive oil
1 teaspoon of dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
Fresh parsley for garnish
Pizza or marinara sauce for dipping
Instructions:
Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Prepare the Dough:
Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface into a rectangle shape.
Add Fillings:
Sprinkle a generous amount of shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the dough.
Add the pepperoni slices over the cheese.
Sprinkle dried oregano and garlic powder over the top for extra flavor.
Roll Up the Dough:
Carefully roll the dough up tightly from one edge to the other to form a log.
Cut and Place on Baking Sheet:
Slice the rolled dough into small pieces (about 1-inch each) and place them on a lined baking sheet.
Bake the Rolls:
Brush the tops of the pizza rolls with olive oil for a golden finish.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly.
Garnish and Serve:
Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes.
Garnish with fresh parsley for added freshness.
