“One-Skillet Beef Stroganoff Tortellini

 Ingredients:

1 lb ground beef

1 small onion, finely chopped

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 (9 oz) package refrigerated cheese tortellini

1 cup beef broth

1 cup sour cream

1/2 cup heavy cream or milk (optional for extra creaminess)

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley for garnish

 Instructions:

Cook the Beef:
In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef and onion until the meat is browned and the onion is soft. Drain excess grease if needed.

Add Flavor:
Stir in garlic and Worcestershire sauce; cook for 1 minute until fragrant.

Add Broth & Tortellini:
Pour in the beef broth and add the tortellini. Bring to a simmer and cover. Cook according to the tortellini package directions (about 5–7 minutes), stirring occasionally.

Finish the Sauce:
Stir in sour cream and heavy cream (if using) until smooth. Simmer uncovered for 2–3 more minutes until thickened slightly. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Serve:
Garnish with parsley and serve hot with an optional dollop of sour cream on top.
