One-Pan BBQ Chicken Mac & Chees

Ingredients:

– 2 cups elbow macaroni

– 2 cups chicken broth

– 1 cup BBQ sauce (your favorite brand)

– 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken

– 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

– 1 cup milk

– 1 teaspoon garlic powder

– 1 teaspoon onion powder

– Salt and pepper to taste

– Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Directions:

1. In a large skillet over medium heat, combine the chicken broth, BBQ sauce, and milk. Stir well to combine.

2. Add the elbow macaroni and season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Bring to a simmer, then cover and cook for about 8-10 minutes, or until the pasta is al dente.

3. Once the pasta is cooked, stir in the shredded chicken and half of the cheddar cheese. Mix until everything is well combined and the cheese is melted.

4. Remove from heat and sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese on top. Cover and let sit for 2-3 minutes, until the cheese is bubbly and melted.

5. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
