Ocean Love Colada – A beachside escape in a glas
This dreamy, swirling tropical cocktail is a love letter to summer. It’s creamy, fruity, and dazzling enough to make Poseidon blush.
Ingredients (Boozy):
2 oz coconut rum
1 oz blue curaçao
1 oz pineapple juice
1 oz coconut cream
½ cup crushed ice
1 tbsp blueberry puree (for the waves)
Whipped cream, sugared rim, and fresh blueberries for garnish
Instructions:
Rim your glass with sugar for that seafoam sparkle.
Blend coconut rum, pineapple juice, coconut cream, and ice until smooth.
Swirl blueberry puree along the inside of your glass.
Pour the creamy blend over it, watching the ocean waves come alive.
Gently drizzle blue curaçao on top for that “deep sea” hue.
Top with whipped cream and crown it with sugared blueberries.
Mocktail Version:
Swap rum with coconut water or pineapple soda
Use blue raspberry syrup instead of blue curaçao
