Meatball Rigatoni with Basil Ricott

 

Ingredients (by grams):

* 225g rigatoni

* 225g mini beef or turkey meatballs

* 240g marinara sauce

* 10g fresh basil, chopped

* 125g ricotta cheese

* 1 garlic clove, minced (approx. 3g)

* 15ml (1 tbsp) olive oil

* Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions:

1️⃣ **Cook** rigatoni in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.

2️⃣ In a pan, **heat olive oil** and **sauté garlic** until fragrant. Add meatballs and brown on all sides.

3️⃣ **Pour in marinara sauce**, stir, and let simmer for 5 minutes.

4️⃣ **Add cooked rigatoni** and **stir in chopped basil**. Mix well.

5️⃣ **Top with dollops of ricotta** and serve warm. Creamy, herby perfection!
