Juicy Chicken Breast Stuffed with Crispy Bacon and Melty Chees

Ingredients:

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
6 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Directions:

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Using a sharp knife, make a pocket in each chicken breast by slicing horizontally, being careful not to cut all the way through.
In a bowl, mix the crumbled bacon, mozzarella, cheddar, and cream cheese until well combined.
Stuff each chicken breast with the bacon and cheese mixture, securing with toothpicks if needed.
Season the outside of the chicken with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken breasts and sear on both sides until golden, about 4-5 minutes per side.
Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
Remove the toothpicks and let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving.
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with your favorite sides.
