Honey Garlic Ribs

Ingredients:

3 lbs pork baby back ribs
Salt and black pepper to taste
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder

Honey Garlic Sauce:
½ cup honey
¼ cup soy sauce
¼ cup brown sugar
6 garlic cloves, minced
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tsp cornstarch + 1 tbsp water (optional, for thickening)

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C). Remove membrane from ribs and pat dry.
2. Season ribs with salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder. Wrap in foil and place on a baking sheet.
3. Bake for 2.5–3 hours until ribs are tender.
4. While ribs bake, mix honey, soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, and vinegar in a saucepan. Simmer over medium heat for 5–7 minutes. Optional: Add cornstarch slurry to thicken.
5. Once ribs are tender, remove from foil and brush with honey garlic sauce.
6. Broil on high for 4–5 minutes until caramelized and sticky.
7. Slice and serve with extra sauce if desired.

Servings: 4

Notes:

Use spare ribs or beef ribs if preferred.
Add red pepper flakes for heat.
Can be grilled instead of broiled.
Great served with coleslaw or roasted veggies.
