Garlic Chili Roasted Okra
Ingredients:
1 pound fresh okra, washed and dried
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Trim the ends off the okra and cut them in half lengthwise.
In a bowl, combine the okra, olive oil, minced garlic, chili powder, salt, and black pepper. Toss until the okra is well coated.
Spread the okra in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
Roast in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the okra is tender and slightly crispy.
Serve hot and enjoy!

Tips:
