– 1 tsp Italian seasoning

– Salt and pepper, to taste

– 1 cup heavy cream

– 2 tbsp olive oil

– 1 tsp garlic powder

– Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish

Instructions:

1. Begin by preparing the chicken. Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Place the seasoned chicken in the skillet and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until golden brown and cooked through. Once done, remove the chicken from the skillet and set it aside.

2. In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add 12 ounces of fettuccine or your preferred pasta. Cook according to the package instructions until al dente. Once cooked, drain the pasta and set it aside, reserving a cup of the pasta water.
