Here’s the recipe for the Baked Cod with Mustard and Lemon Cream
Ingredients (for 4 people):
4 cod cobbles
2 tablespoons of Dijon mustard
20 cl of liquid fresh cream
1 lemon (juice and zest)
2 minced garlic cloves
1 tablespoon of olive oil
1 teaspoon of paprika
Salt and pepper….
Minced fresh parsley (for garnish)
1 lemon cut into cubes (for cooking)
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (390°F).
2. In a bowl, mix sour cream, mustard, juice and zest of lemon, minced garlic, paprika, salt and pepper.
3. Place the cod cobbles in a baking dish. soak them with the olive oil.
4. Pour the sauce over the cobbles and arrange lemon jars around.
5. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, until fish is well golden brown and melted.
6. Take out of the oven, sprinkle some fresh parsley and serve immediately.
Come with rice, steamed potatoes or roasted vegetables.
