Ingredients:

1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1/4 cup granulated sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
2/3 cup milk
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups fresh peaches, peeled and diced
Oil, for frying

Glaze:
1 cup powdered sugar
2 tablespoons milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions:

Prepare the Batter: In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon (if using). In another bowl, combine the milk, eggs, and vanilla extract.
