Deep-Fried Strawberry Cheesecake Stuffed Wonton Bite
Ingredients:
20 wonton wrappers
4 oz cream cheese, softened
2 tablespoons powdered sugar
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
10 fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
Vegetable oil, for frying
1/4 cup raspberry jam (for dipping)
Powdered sugar for dusting (optional)
Directions:
In a bowl, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
Place a small spoonful of cream cheese mixture in the center of each wonton wrapper. Add a strawberry slice on top.
Fold the wrappers into squares or triangles, pressing the edges to seal (use a little water if needed).
Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
Fry the wonton bites until golden and crispy, about 1-2 minutes per side. Drain on paper towels.
Dust with powdered sugar, if desired, and serve warm with raspberry jam for dipping.

Tips:
