Crispy Cheddar Chicke
A crunchy, cheesy, golden-baked chicken dish that’s pure comfort on a plate! This Crispy Cheddar Chicken is a family favorite that’s easy to make and packed with flavor. Perfect for weeknight dinners or casual gatherings!
Ingredients:
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 sleeve Ritz crackers (about 30 crackers), crushed
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
Salt and black pepper to taste
2 large eggs
2 tbsp milk
2 tbsp butter, melted
Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
Preheat the oven:
Set oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

Set up your breading station:
In one bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk. In another, combine crushed crackers, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Spread shredded cheddar on a plate or shallow dish.

Coat the chicken:
Dip each chicken breast first in the egg mixture, then press into the cheddar cheese, and finally coat with the cracker crumbs, pressing gently to adhere.
