Ingredients
For the Salmon Bites:
– 1 lb (450g) salmon fillet (skinless), cut into 1-inch cubes
– Salt & pepper, to taste
– ½ tsp garlic powder
– ½ tsp smoked paprika (optional)
– ½ cup cornstarch (for coating)

Instructions
Preparing the Salmon Bites:
1. **Season the Salmon**: In a bowl, toss the salmon cubes with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika until evenly coated.

Making the Bang Bang Sauce:
1. **Mix Ingredients**: In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, lime juice, and honey. Stir until smooth and well-combined.
