Creamy Vanilla Ice Cream Bar
Ingredients:
2/3 cup heavy cream
3/4 cup fresh milk
4 1/2 tablespoons milk powder
1 1/4 tablespoons sugar
1/2 tablespoon condensed milk
1 1/3 tablespoons cornstarch
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions:
1. Combine Ingredients
In a saucepan, mix together the heavy cream, fresh milk, milk powder, sugar, and condensed milk. Stir well until the mixture is smooth and no lumps remain.
2. Add Cornstarch
Dissolve the cornstarch in a small amount of milk or water (to avoid lumps), then add it to the saucepan. Stir to combine.
3. Cook the Mixture
Place the saucepan over medium heat and cook the mixture while stirring continuously. Keep stirring until it thickens to a creamy consistency.
4. Add Vanilla
Once thickened, remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
5. Cool and Pour
Allow the mixture to cool slightly, then pour it into popsicle molds.
6. Freeze
Insert sticks and freeze for at least 6–8 hours or until fully set.
7. Unmold and Serve
To release the bars easily, dip the mold briefly in warm water before removing.
