Creamy Chicken Broccoli Pasta Bak

The ultimate cozy comfort bake — chicken, broccoli, and pasta blanketed in gooey melted cheese.

 Ingredients:

Cooked chicken breast – 200g

Broccoli florets – 1.5 cups

Cooked rigatoni – 2 cups

Garlic – 1 clove, minced

Cheddar + mozzarella – 3/4 cup total

Heavy cream – 3/4 cup

Salt & pepper – to taste

 Preparation:

1️⃣ Sauté garlic, add cream, season, melt in cheese.

2️⃣ Combine with cooked pasta, broccoli, and shredded chicken.

3️⃣ Pour into dish, top with cheese.

4️⃣ Bake at 190°C (375°F) for 20 mins till bubbly.
