Cream Cheese Spinach Puffs

Ingredients:

1 package puff pastry sheets (thawed)

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup cooked spinach, squeezed dry

½ cup shredded mozzarella or Parmesan cheese

1 clove garlic, minced

Salt and pepper to taste

1 egg (for egg wash)

Preparation:

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a bowl, mix cream cheese, spinach, mozzarella, garlic, salt, and pepper until well combined.

Cut puff pastry into squares. Spoon a small amount of the spinach mixture onto the center of each square.

Fold the corners to form a pocket and pinch edges to seal.

Brush with beaten egg for a golden finish.

Bake for 15–20 minutes, until puffed and golden.
