– Crab Bomb

Ingredients:

– 1 pound crab meat, shredded
– 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
– 1/2 cup mayonnaise
– 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
– 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
– 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
– 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
– 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
– 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
– Salt and pepper to taste
– 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Directions:

1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the crab meat, cream cheese, mayonnaise, green onions, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, Old Bay seasoning, breadcrumbs, and cheddar cheese. Mix until well combined.
3. Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste.
4. Using your hands, form the mixture into small balls, about 1-2 inches in diameter, and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
5. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the crab bombs are golden brown and heated through.
6. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before garnishing with fresh parsley. Serve warm.
