Crab and Shrimp Stuffed Bell Peppers

Ingredients:

4 bell peppers, tops cut off and seeds removed
1/2 lb crab meat
1/2 lb shrimp, peeled, deveined, and chopped
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup chopped green onions
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Prepare Filling: In a large bowl, mix the crab meat, chopped shrimp, breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, green onions, lemon juice, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper.
3. Stuff Peppers: Stuff the bell peppers with the crab and shrimp mixture. Place them in a baking dish.
4. Bake: Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the peppers are tender and the filling is cooked through.
5. Serve: Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
