Copycat Texas Roadhouse Steak
Ingredients
2 ribeye steaks
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon paprika
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 tablespoon butter
Directions
1. Preheat your grill or skillet over high heat so it’s nice and hot for the steaks.
2. In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, pepper, and onion powder until well combined.
3. Rub this flavorful mixture evenly over both sides of your steaks, making sure they’re thoroughly coated.
4. Place the steaks on the grill or skillet and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side for a juicy medium-rare, or just a bit longer if you like them more done.
5. During the last minute of cooking, place a pat of butter on top of each steak and let it melt into all those savory juices.
6. Remove the steaks from the heat and let them rest for a few minutes before serving, so they stay tender and juicy. Enjoy every bite!
