Cheesy Baked Fajita Chicken

Ingredients:

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 packet fajita seasoning
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 red bell pepper, sliced
1 green bell pepper, sliced
1 onion, sliced
1 cup shredded Mexican cheese blend

Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large bowl, mix fajita seasoning with olive oil. Add chicken breasts and toss to coat.

Arrange chicken in a baking dish and top with bell peppers and onions.

Sprinkle shredded cheese over the top.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked and cheese is melted and bubbly.
Serve with a side of rice or tortillas.
