Cheeseburger Delight Pi
Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1 small onion, chopped
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 unbaked 9-inch pie crust
1/2 cup milk
2 large eggs
1 tbsp ketchup (optional)
1 tbsp mustard (optional)
Preparation:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a skillet, cook ground beef and onion until browned. Drain and season with salt.
Spread beef mixture into the pie crust. Sprinkle cheese evenly on top.
In a small bowl, whisk eggs, milk, ketchup, and mustard (if using). Pour over the meat and cheese.
Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until the center is set and top is golden.
Let cool slightly before slicing. Serve warm for a fun twist on a cheeseburger!
