Ingredients:

1. 1 large head of cauliflower
2. 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
3. 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
4. 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
5. 1/4 teaspoon paprika
6. 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
7. 1/4 teaspoon salt
8. 1/4 cup olive oil
9. 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)

Directions:

1. Preheat and Prep:
1.1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (218°C).
1.2. Trim the cauliflower, keeping the stem intact, and cut into 3/4-inch thick “steaks.”

2. Seasoning Mix:
2.1. In a bowl, combine Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, black pepper, and salt. Mix well.

3. Coating:
3.1. Brush olive oil on both sides of the cauliflower steaks.
3.2. Generously apply the seasoned cheese mix on each side.

4. Bake:
4.1. On a parchment-lined baking sheet, arrange the steaks.
4.2. Bake them for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway, until they turn golden brown and tender.

5. Garnish:
5.1. Once baked, garnish with chopped parsley for a fresh touch before serving.
