• 8 oz (226g) cream cheese, softened
• 16 oz (454g) sour cream
• 1 oz packet ranch seasoning mix
• 15 oz (425g) can fire-roasted corn, drained
• 10 oz (283g) can Rotel, drained
• 4 oz (113g) can diced green chiles, drained
• 8 oz (226g) shredded cheddar cheese
1. In a large mixing bowl, whip the softened cream cheese using a hand mixer until creamy and smooth.
2. Add sour cream, ranch seasoning, drained corn, Rotel, green chiles, and shredded cheddar cheese to the bowl. Stir well to combine all ingredients.
3. Cover the mixing bowl tightly and refrigerate for at least 2-3 hours to allow the flavors to meld.
4. Serve the dip chilled with tortilla or pita chips for dipping.
