Crispy Garlic Butter Bacon Cheeseburger Bites

Crispy Garlic Butter Bacon Cheeseburger Bites

Ingredients:

1 lb ground beef

4 strips bacon, cooked crispy and crumbled

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 tablespoon unsalted butter

1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Mini burger buns (optional for serving)

Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 375°F.

In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, crumbled bacon, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix everything together until well combined.

Roll the beef mixture into small meatballs, about 1 ½ inches in diameter, and place them on a baking sheet.

Bake the meatballs for 12-15 minutes, or until they’re cooked through and slightly golden.

While the meatballs are baking, melt the butter in a small skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic and sauté for about 1 minute.

Once the meatballs are done, drizzle the garlic butter over them and top with shredded cheddar cheese.

Garnish with fresh parsley and serve them on mini buns for the perfect bite-sized burgers.

These little bites are crispy, cheesy, and packed with all the flavors of a bacon cheeseburger!
