Ingredients:

2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1 tablespoon dried parsley
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup grated mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup marinara sauce (optional)

Directions:

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking sheet.
In a shallow bowl, mix Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Coat the chicken breasts in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the chicken breasts for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
Transfer the chicken to the baking sheet and top with mozzarella cheese.
