1 tbsp sugar

1 egg (beaten)
½ cup cold water (add gradually)
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, mix flour, salt, and sugar.
2. Add the butter cubes and cut them into the flour using a fork or your fingers until the mixture looks crumbly.
3. Add the beaten egg and cold water little by little, mixing until a soft dough forms.
4. Knead lightly, wrap in plastic, and chill for 30 minutes.

250 g ground pork or chicken (beef works too)
1 medium potato, finely diced
1 medium carrot, finely diced
½ cup green peas (optional)
½ cup raisins (optional, for a touch of sweetness)
1 small onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce (optional)
Salt & pepper to taste
2 tbsp oil
Optional: sliced boiled eggs
Instructions:
1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Sauté onion and garlic until fragrant.
2. Add ground meat and cook until browned.
3. Stir in potatoes, carrots, peas, and raisins.
4. Season with soy sauce, oyster sauce, salt, and pepper.
5. Cook until vegetables are tender and the mixture is slightly dry. Let it cool.

1. Roll out the dough thinly and cut into circles (about 5–6 inches wide).
