Crab and Shrimp Stuffed Salmon
Tender salmon fillets packed with rich crab and shrimp stuffing — a restaurant-quality dish made right in your kitchen!
Ingredients:
4 salmon fillets (skin removed, sliced to create a pocket)
½ cup cooked shrimp, chopped
½ cup lump crab meat
¼ cup cream cheese, softened
¼ cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tbsp chopped green onions
½ cup shredded mozzarella or Parmesan
Salt and pepper to taste
Paprika and parsley for garnish
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dicream
In a bowl, mix shrimp, crab, cream cheese, mayo, mustard, Old Bay, lemon juice, garlic, green onions, cheese, salt, and pepper.
Slice a pocket into each salmon fillet and stuff generously with the seafood mixture.
Place stuffed fillets in the baking dish. Sprinkle with paprika and parsley.
Bake for 18–20 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily and stuffing is hot and bubbly.
Serve with lemon wedges or over rice or greens.
