Garlic Herb Cauliflower and Zucchini Skillet
Ingredients:
1 medium head cauliflower, cut into florets
2 zucchinis, sliced
2 tablespoons olive oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried basil
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
Add cauliflower florets and cook for 5-7 minutes until slightly tender.
Stir in sliced zucchinis, dried oregano, dried basil, salt, and pepper. Cook for an additional 5 minutes.
Adjust seasoning if needed and serve hot.
