SUMMER MANGO COCONUT FLOAT MILKSHAK

A tropical explosion of flavor in every sip!

Ingredients:

2 cups ripe mango chunks (fresh or frozen)

1 cup coconut milk (chilled)

1/2 cup vanilla ice cream (for blending)

1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional, adjust to taste)

1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder (optional for extra flavor)

Topping:

3–4 scoops vanilla ice cream

2–3 tablespoons mango puree or syrup (for drizzling)

Fresh mango slices (for garnish)

Shredded coconut or coconut flakes

Crushed ice (optional)

Instructions:

1. Blend the Base
In a blender, add the mango chunks, coconut milk, vanilla ice cream, honey/maple syrup, and cardamom powder (if using). Blend until smooth and creamy.

2. Prepare the Glass
Drizzle some mango puree or syrup around the inside of your glass for that dripping effect. Pour the mango-coconut shake into the glass.

3. Add the Toppings
Gently scoop 2–3 balls of vanilla ice cream on top of the shake. Drizzle more mango puree on top and sprinkle with coconut flakes.

4. Garnish & Serve
Add a slice of fresh mango or a wedge of orange. Serve immediately with a straw and long spoon.

Serving Tip:
