Banana Cheesecake cone

Ingredients:

– 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
– 2 tbsp sugar
– 1/4 cup melted butter
– 16 oz cream cheese, softened
– 1/2 cup sugar
– 1 tsp vanilla extract
– 2 ripe bananas, mashed
– 1 cup whipped cream
– 1/4 cup powdered sugar
– 1/2 tsp cinnamon
– 1/4 cup chopped walnuts

Directions:

1. In a bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs, 2 tbsp sugar, and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of your cone-shaped molds to form the crust.
2. In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese, 1/2 cup sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Stir in the mashed bananas.
3. In another bowl, whip the cream with powdered sugar until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the banana mixture.
4. Spoon the cheesecake mixture into the prepared cone molds on top of the crust.
5. Chill the cheesecake cones in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours to set.
6. Before serving, sprinkle the top of each cone with cinnamon and chopped walnuts.
