Creamy Parmesan Ranch Pork Chops Bake

Ingredients:

– 4 bone-in pork chops (about 1 inch thick)
– 1 cup ranch dressing
– 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
– 1 teaspoon garlic powder
– 1 teaspoon onion powder
– 1 teaspoon black pepper
– 1 tablespoon olive oil
– Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Directions:

1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. In a medium bowl, mix together the ranch dressing, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper until well combined.
3. Heat the olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Season the pork chops with salt and pepper, then sear them in the skillet for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
4. Once seared, pour the creamy ranch mixture over the pork chops, making sure they are well coated.
5. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the pork chops reach an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
6. Remove from the oven and let rest for a few minutes. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
