Longhorn Garlic Parmesan Crusted Chicken
Ingredients:
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup breadcrumbs
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp melted butter
1 tbsp chopped parsley
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
1. Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. Prepare Chicken: Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
3. Make Topping: In a bowl, mix Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic, melted butter, and parsley.
4. Bake Chicken: Place chicken in a baking dish and top with Parmesan mixture. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until chicken is fully cooked.
