– 2 lbs chicken wings or drumsticks

– 1 tsp garlic powder

– 1 cup buttermilk (or regular milk)
– Vegetable oil for frying
For the Spicy Sauce:
– 1/4 cup gochujang (Korean red chili paste)
– 2 tbsp honey
– 2 tbsp soy sauce
– 1 tbsp rice vinegar
– 1 tsp sesame oil
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
For the Gochujang Mayo:
– 1/2 cup mayonnaise
– 1 tbsp gochujang
– 1 tsp lime juice
– Salt to taste
