Reuben Stuffed Baked Potatoes
Delight in this savory treat where hearty baked potatoes are filled with a delicious blend of beef, cheeses, and tangy sauerkraut.
List Of Components :
Salted Russet potato.
Cheese whipped.
Kraut Frank’s drained.
Chopped corned beef – 1/2 cup.
Cream cheese – 1/4 cup.
Swiss cheese shredded – 1/4 cup.
Parmesan cheese shredded – 1 Tablespoon.
Paprika – to taste.
Preparation Steps :
Set your oven to preheat at 425°F. Scrub your potato under water and sprinkle with sea salt.
Place potato in the oven for around 45 minutes to bake.
Meanwhile, blend corned beef, Swiss cheese, and kraut together in a mixing bowl.
After baking, carefully slice the potato longways and scoop out the inside.
Mash the removed potato with cream cheese, then incorporate the kraut mixture.
Fill the potato skins with the creamy mix, sprinkle with Parmesan, and dust with paprika.
Return filled potatoes to the oven for an additional 15-20 minutes until warmed through and cheeses melted.
