Ingredients:

1 lb ground beef
1/2 lb ground pork
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup milk
1 egg
1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
1/2 cup mushrooms, sautéed
6 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions:

Preheat Oven: Set to 350°F (175°C).
Prepare Meatloaf Mix: In a large bowl, combine ground beef, pork, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix in Swiss cheese, sautéed mushrooms, and crumbled bacon.
Form Meatloaf: Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in a greased loaf pan.
Bake: Bake for 60-70 minutes until fully cooked. Let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
Serve: Pair with mashed potatoes or veggies for a hearty meal!
