Slow Cooker Honey Garlic Steak Bites

Ingredients:

1.5 lbs sirloin or stew beef, cut into bite-sized pieces

1/2 cup honey

1/3 cup low-sodium soy sauce

1 tablespoon minced garlic

1 tablespoon rice vinegar (or apple cider vinegar)

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1 tablespoon cornstarch (optional, for thickening)

1 tablespoon water (optional, for slurry)

Preparation:

In a bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, garlic, vinegar, and pepper.

Place steak bites in the slow cooker and pour the sauce over them. Stir to coat.

Cover and cook on low for 4–5 hours or high for 2–3 hours, until beef is tender.

(Optional) Mix cornstarch and water, stir into sauce, and cook on high for 15 minutes to thicken.

Serve over rice, noodles, or veggies.

Tip: Garnish with chopped green onions or sesame seeds for extra flavor.
