Refreshing Lemon Water (Detox Lemon Water)
Ingredients:
Bottled or filtered water (preferably cold)
Fresh lemon slices (about 2–3 slices per small bottle of water)
(Optional) Some additions like:
Fresh mint leaves
Cucumber slices
A small piece of fresh ginger
Preparation Method:
1. Wash the lemon thoroughly and cut it into thin slices.
2. Open the water bottles.
3. Add 2 to 3 lemon slices into each bottle.
4. (Optional) Add a few mint leaves or a small slice of ginger if desired.
5. Close the bottles tightly and place them in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to infuse.
6. It’s best to drink the lemon water within 24–48 hours for maximum freshness.
