Nacho Cheese Beef Wrap
Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1 tbsp olive oil
1 small onion, finely chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp taco seasoning
½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
1 cup nacho cheese sauce
4 large flour tortillas
1 cup shredded lettuce
½ cup diced tomatoes
¼ cup sliced jalapeños (optional)
½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
Sour cream and salsa for serving
Directions:
In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic, sautéing until softened, about 2-3 minutes.
Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spoon, about 5-7 minutes. Drain any excess fat.
Stir in taco seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook for an additional 2 minutes to blend the flavors.
Warm the nacho cheese sauce over low heat or in the microwave until smooth and pourable.
Lay the tortillas flat and evenly spread a spoonful of nacho cheese sauce in the center of each.
Add a portion of the beef mixture on top, followed by shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, jalapeños (if using), and a sprinkle of shredded cheddar cheese.
Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling, then roll it up tightly into a wrap.
Serve with sour cream and salsa on the side.
