Mexican Nacho Casserole

Ingredients:

1 bag of Nacho Doritos, slightly crushed

2 cups of shredded chicken or cooked ground beef

2 cups of shredded cheese (add more if desired)

Diced tomatoes (optional, for topping)

1 tablespoon of sour cream (optional, for garnish)

 Instructions:

1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C).

2. In a baking dish, spread a layer of crushed Doritos as the base.

3. Add a layer of shredded chicken or cooked ground beef on top.

4. Sprinkle a generous amount of shredded cheese over the meat.

5. (Optional) You can repeat the layers if you want a thicker casserole.

6. Bake for about 15–20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

7. Remove from the oven and top with diced tomatoes and a dollop of sour cream, if desired.

Extra Tips:

Feel free to add extras like corn, black beans, or taco sauce for more flavor.

Serve hot as a main dish or party appetizer.
